THIS AirPlay app. END USER AGREEMENT CONTAINS A LEGALLY BINDING MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIALS AND CLASS ACTIONS PROVISION GOVERNING DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AirPlay apps’s SERVICES.
